Michael Pollan – A plants-eye view

Writer Micheal Pollan is someone I admire a lot when it comes to our relationship with the world and other species, such as plants and nutrition. This short video at a Ted talk touches on his views of changing the way we see the world, through understanding and appreciating all bios.

We are not alone.

With this drawing I want people to recognise time does not stop when we are back in the comfort of our homes. The world is full of many beings, all following different internal clocks. Some come alive during the day and others seek adventure under the light of the moon.

All sharing one major aspect of our lives…..the world we live in.

Made in black biro on scrap blue wallpaper.

We are not alone.

Mushrooms….

I love them!

I thought I’d get some practise in Botanical Illustration, as I will he doing this next week.

I chose to draw the beautiful specimen, Amanite Rougissante.

Often found in Europe and eastern North America.
